After a successful 19-year career as a Registered Nurse at the Alberta Children’s Hospital and the Stollery Hospital, Lynell transitioned into the financial services industry, joining MacDonald & Associates in November 2014. Her background in healthcare brings a unique perspective to client care, grounded in empathy, precision, and trust.

In her role, Lynell plays a pivotal part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client service. She oversees relationship management and marketing initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and success.

Lynell is deeply committed to the belief that strong communication and meaningful connections between clients and their financial advisors are essential to achieving successful long-term financial planning outcomes.

Outside of work, Lynell enjoys spending time with family, watching hockey, golfing, traveling, and wine tasting—interests that reflect her appreciation for connection, adventure, and life’s finer moments.
