Colleen has called Cold Lake home since 1987 and takes pride in being an active part of the community. Outside of work, Colleen embraces the great outdoors—whether she's camping, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her eight grandchildren, creating memories and sharing adventures that span generations.

Randy brings over 24 years of experience with IG Wealth Management. Prior to his tenure at IG, he served as Manager of Corporate Affairs for a leading construction and development firm in Calgary, and spent 21 years in banking with Alberta Treasury Branches (ATB), where he held key leadership roles including Branch Manager and Regional Credit Manager.
With a holistic approach to financial planning, Randy is passionate about collaborating with clients to address every aspect of their financial goals. His extensive background in banking, corporate affairs, and wealth management allows him to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

Pascal joined IG Wealth Management in 2017, gaining valuable experience as a Client Service Administrator and later as an Area Expert for Western Canada. In October 2019, he brought his expertise to MacDonald & Associates, where he plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team’s business, client services, and processing.
Now a licensed associate, Pascal brings a high level of technical knowledge and operational insight, ensuring the team stays current with evolving processes and systems to better serve clients. He works closely with Brent, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of the practice, with a strong focus on organization, precision, and attention to detail.

Before entering the financial industry, Parker pursued a career as a professional hockey player in the ECHL. As a mother of three boys, one stepson, and grandmother to four grandsons, Terry also manages a small hobby farm filled with animals—an experience that has deepened her appreciation for the importance of a solid financial plan.
